Hey there, we’re Meltd, Galway’s home for sweet treats and savage sambos.

We hand-bake everything in-house, from our fudgy brownies and gooey blondies to those big New York-style cookies everyone keeps talking about. Nothing frozen, nothing fake, just proper good ingredients, baked fresh every day by a crew who love what they do (and probably eat too many “quality control” samples).

Our sambos have a bit of a cult following too, toasted, cheesy, messy in the best way. Whether you’re here for lunch, coffee, or a sugar fix, we’ve got you covered.

We’re proud to call Galway home, and even prouder to share our bakes with cafés and shops across the city through our wholesale range. You’ll spot our stuff around town, but nothing beats getting it straight from the source.
